Lakeside Software today announced the launch of SysTrack Root Cause Analysis, a ServiceNow application that provides endpoint intelligence to enable proactive service desk operations and improve employee efficiency.

This integration provides context for root cause analysis within the ServiceNow IT service management platform, including device details, end user experience assessment, major issues, and key sensors. Lakeside sensors detect adverse conditions and anomalies and display them along with suggested solutions so that employees can proactively solve problems and minimize the impact on productivity.

When a more in-depth analysis is needed, the agent can return to the place where it happened in time by using the performance snapshot taken when the ticket was captured. With Lakeside’s black box function, there is no longer a need to contact employees who submitted work orders, and they can continue to work without interruption.
