5 Ile Crowdsourcing from the misconception of portfolio management of IT projects

‘Stay here, Dragon!’ Project management journey can be full of dangers. Just as many hands work lightly, so too many minds can ensure the success of a project – if they have the right mind, and they understand the sharing. The common misconceptions we encounter are: – There is no need to share information and resources of project, operations and development teams. – “The chatterbox killed the waterfall.” Or “Quickly can’t work here.” – Email and Excel project management tools. – The project sponsor has not asked for a project certificate so we have no need. – Crowd sourcing only for Wikipedia and dorm room startups.
