ServiceNow, Inc Now, NOW has recently obtained a multi-year workflow solution agreement between the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Women’s Basketball Association (WNBA) to ensure safer games.

The NBA and WNBA will deploy ServiceNow’s Employee workflow solutions in venues to perform health check procedures and other manual procedures to minimize the risk transmission after the COVID-19 pandemic begins in these leagues.

In addition, ServiceNow added that the NBA and WNBA were able to conduct health checks on 2,600 individuals who entered the Florida campus. These visitors entered with different identities as visitors, vendors or campus staff. The company also processed 13,000 basic documents at the venue.
