BlackBerry announced that it has established a cooperative relationship with ServiceNow to integrate BlackBerry AtHoc services into the Now platform for rapid crisis communication and IT service management.

By integrating BlackBerry AtHoc into the Now Platform workflow stack, the IT operations team will be able to utilize multiple communication channels in the event of an incident, thereby achieving more effective and secure communication. According to BlackBerry, this will lead to a higher level of collaboration with a wider range of businesses to maintain efficiency, productivity and profitability.

“Through this partnership, the IT team will be able to directly remind and form a first-class crisis team in the Now Platform’s ServiceNow interface to resolve and resolve any problems, such as serious service interruptions or service interruptions.” The statement said.

“Without leaving the platform, friction between multiple windows and open applications is eliminated, allowing for faster incident response and better problem resolution.”

The team will also be able to monitor the audit log for post-event review of incident response.
