Translations.com, TransPerfect’s technology division and a provider of language and technology solutions, today announced the certification of its new GlobalLink Connect integration for ServiceNow.
GlobalLink Connect for ServiceNow, a Now-certified App, is Translations.com’s all-in-one solution to initiate, automate, control, track, and complete the translation process within the ServiceNow user interface .
The combination of ServiceNow’s workflow automation platform and GlobalLink’s extended workflow localization capabilities provide users with a comprehensive solution for global enterprise content management.
New features of GlobalLink Connect for ServiceNow certified include the following:
- The agent chat is translated into the user’s native language (compatibility with the ServiceNow Rome and Quebec versions);
- Support for translation of both portal content and tables;
- Ability to connect multiple GlobalLink Project Director initiatives and configure custom attributes;
- Eliminating the chat role requirement; at
- Simplified automatic submission.
GlobalLink Connect for ServiceNow continues to support the following:
- Connect Chat (compatibility with ServiceNow versions Paris, Rome, and Quebec);
- Knowledge (articles, article templates, and blocks);
- Records of extended work (cases and incidents);
- Service Portal (messages, options, field labels, SP instances and menus, SP rectangle menu items, Portal announcements, catalog items, query option variables, and categories);
- Survey (metrics and type of analysis); at
- System notifications and email templates.
