[03/02/2020] ServiceNow announced a new industry solution strategy to provide a workflow that can help companies in specific industries meet their unique digital transformation challenges and create scale value. ServiceNow pointed out that it will initially focus on developing solutions for the banking and telecommunications industries, and will work with strategic partners to support its journey of industry solutions and integrate these solutions into the customer environment.
