ServiceNow released a new major version called New York

IT service management provider ServiceNow hopes to advance the digitization of the company’s workflow through its release called New York. This update adds 650 new features to the software. According to the company’s announcement, the two most important updates are related to the Now Mobile and ServiceNow Onboarding applications, which now use the native application technology of mobile devices, and their new interface should be similar to the style of consumer applications.

Overall, New York should make working with the platform more intuitive and even make routine activities on mobile devices (such as ordering and approval processes, task management and travel requirements) easier. In addition, iOS users should be able to call frequently used functions directly through Siri. This version is available now, and new applications can be found in Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store.
