Servicenow has awarded Swiss IT service provider Bithawk as a silver partner. With this certification, the requirements for Sursee have also increased. As the company said, Bithawk must provide a minimum number of trained employees, sales and reliable customer recommendations. As a silver partner, Bithawk will support Servicenow’s customers with professional technology.
Bithawk’s range of services includes self-service portals for standard tasks. In complex situations, employees will provide advice. Oliver Schalch, CEO of Bithawk, sees it as a factor in the company’s success. In addition, the company links its customers’ IT processes with personnel processes, facility management processes, and project and resource planning.
