According to the joint summary and recruitment notice, each IDIQ award will have a minimum guarantee of $ 2,500 for each IDIQ awarded to each domain that does not get a task order within the five-year ordering period. The total cumulative value of all work orders across all four domains will not exceed $ 340 million.

ICE said there could be up to eight contract awardees – with two per domain – whose PaaS and collaborative domain services are not restricted, and visualization and hyperautomation domains are reserved for small businesses. . The agency breaks down each of the domains as follows:

  1. The PaaS domain covers ICE’s SystemNow and Dynamics, and aims to develop workflow automation to improve the user experience through self-service mobility;
  2. Hyperautomation uses emerging technologies such as ML and RPA to identify, evaluate, and automate IT processes;
  3. Visualization covers dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, and other emerging services aimed at deploying a mobile app before Q3 of fiscal year 2022; at
