A leading business services professional recently completed a ‘big bang’ change to HRIS on Labor Day and is now looking to hire an HRIS Manager to support them more than just ‘go-live’. This is a great opportunity to be a global SME for workday and connected systems and to advise the business on future module releases and platform enhancements. As a result, the business seeks to meet candidates who have solid Workday experience and are well versed in additional modules and enhancements within the WD ecosystem. This role will have responsibility for Workday Core HCM, Security Administration, Business Process Design, Recruitment, Onboarding, People Operations, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, Reporting and Analytics modules as well as the system set up, integrations, regression testing and end user experience enhancements. Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management software is also useful. The duties are:
- Support the HR Recruitment and Operations team with any enhancements and issues related to recruitment, onboarding, processing of employee information including rest time, leave management, compensation, benefits and working hours.
- Review Labor Day usage, procedures and processes and provide recommendations for improvements that will enhance People Team processes.
- Maintain the integrity of Labor Day data by regularly reviewing data and partnering with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, and HR Operations to ensure the accuracy of people’s data.
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation for the Workday.
- Handle all system upgrades and enhancements on Business Day.
- Provide support for the broader People Team on strategic projects within Workday such as talent analytics, succession planning, advanced compensation benchmarking.
- Coordinate the performance cycle within the Workday system.
- Support the setting up of Labor Day for setting up the new benefits plan, open enrollment and administration of global benefits for all offices.
- Manage administrative tasks for HR systems, responding to user requests, interacting with IT and other stakeholders for specific projects and integrations.
- Create people management information reporting including headcount, diversity and organization charts.
The business seeks to meet candidates with at least three years of Workday HCM experience (including EIB loads, calculated fields and configuration experience) along with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information and people related data. The office offers a nice blend of hybrid working (X2 office days, X3 home days per week) from their landmark Bank/Liverpool St. based office.
