Digital Workflow Services Company Now To Open 2 Data Centers In India

Bengaluru, March 31 (IANS) Leading digital workflow company ServiceNow on Thursday announced to open data centers in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The company also announced that in partnership with partners and customers, 18,000 people will be trained and certified in India by the end of this year to meet the growing demand for ServiceNow product specialists.

“India is a leading growth market for ServiceNow and we see larger local organizations partnering with us to benefit from the power of our Platform to drive their digital innovation needs,” said Arun Balasubramanian, ServiceNow Managing Director India & SAARC.

ServiceNow has seen strong demand for its AI -powered products such as IT Service Management Pro, Customer Service Management Pro, and HR Service Delivery Pro.

“The new data centers enable more financial services, technology and other controlled verticals to reap the benefits of a single, unified ServiceNow Platform for digital business,” he added. Balasubramanian.

India’s data center market to predict will grow by more than 15 per cent by 2027.
