ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the leading digital workflow company that makes the world a better place for everyone, announced today that it is partnering with Lloyds Banking Group as part of its NextGen Professionals Program. Three participants who recently completed the program received job offers from Lloyds Banking Group.
NextGen addresses the talent gaps companies currently face and helps participants carve a path to long-term employment from communities typically excluded from the workforce. Supported by customers and partner companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, the initiative creates job opportunities for the digital workforce today and tomorrow. Another partner includes the Refugee Council, an organization working with refugees and asylum seekers to provide support and advice and help refugees navigate barriers to entering the UK labor market.
Program participants came through several partner initiatives. One is the Skills Bootcamp, which runs in partnership with The Department for Education and New College of Humanities, a member of Northeastern University’s Global Network.
NextGen is designed to focus on helping candidates who have traditionally been marginalized by the technology industry. Upon its completion, candidates are certified with a range of new digital skills that will help them gain new roles in the digital economy.

NextGen will continue to run courses to train and put professionals to work throughout 2022.
