The pandemic has caused many organizations to be forced to adapt an office-centric work model to a virtual world, resulting in up to 33% reduction in productivity and making employee experience a primary requirement for leaders. HR in 2022. The pandemic also brought exponential growth in employee questions, exacerbated by the fact that the answers often differ greatly depending on which state, country, and region the employees live. Expressive integrations solve these problems by providing the employee -like consumer experience in one place to go for all inquiries.

“The advent of the hybrid workforce has flooded HR teams who are challenged by the dual responsibility of providing support for their on-site and remote employees while prioritizing the employee experience,” said Pat Calhoun, founder and CEO of Espressive . “Customers are looking for immediate ROI and want to avoid the complexity of building language recognition in a toolkit, such as those available from IBM Watson, ServiceNow, and Workday. The Barista virtual agent has a pre-equipped understanding of the employees ’HR language, while providing a point for almost any HR question.”

The integration of Espressive Barista with leading HR systems means employees can turn to Barista as a standalone, automated hub for queries across all HR tools.
