IBM combines ServiceNow multi-cloud management platform

By acquiring Red Hat for $34 billion at the end of October, IBM clearly confirmed its determination to build itself in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud. Cloud Migration Factory manages data validation by including information about source environment, migration server settings, server list, technical specifications, applications, and access certificates to create a migration plan. Its new toolset includes algorithms derived from “years of complex migration and modernization” that can help fine-tune plans and reduce risks by revealing dependencies and technical problems or challenges early in the life cycle. Manage heterogeneous cloud environments at low cost

The partnership with ServiceNow pursues the same goals. He was hired in 2017 to combine the service automation platform of a SaaS publisher with IBM’s cloud software.
