SaaS service automation expert ServiceNow chose the open source MariaDB database to handle 25 billion requests per hour. He works closely with publishers to support the rapid expansion of their platform.
ServiceNow has made its SaaS platform “the entry point for all business activities with the ability to quickly create new services” and operates MariaDB TX, the enterprise version of the open source database. This version can be accessed by subscription and brings together a series of tools and services for managing, backing up and monitoring MariaDB technology. Most importantly, ServiceNow operates 85,000 MariaDB databases worldwide.
