EY acquired Blackdot Consulting, a customer innovation consulting firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
As part of the deal, Blackdot’s 64-year global team will join EY member companies in Australia, the UK, and Canada.

The deal follows EY Canada’s 2021 acquisitions of Resolution Inc., a Montreal-based consulting firm that focuses on anti-money laundering, and Sumo IT Solutions, a Toronto-based provider of ServiceNow platform consulting services.
