ACI Infotech has announced plans to hire more than 1400 employees as part of its expansion plans for various business units across India
ACI Infotech is set to recruit 1400 individuals in India. This will bring the total number of employees close to 3,500. ACI Infotech is a global technology company delivering digital services, technology solutions, and business consulting consulting. In bulk-hiring, it is looking at additional revenue of USD 100 million over the next 18 months.
Large-scale hiring will take place through a number of means that include direct advertisements, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and aggregators among others. Applications for offline submissions will also be accepted. Key areas for talent acquisition include the full spectrum of digital transformation, customer experience platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud in Azure, AWS and Google cloud, cyber security, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
The drastic increase in workforce is expected to improve overall customer reach and will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of the current business model. Speaking about the announcement Jagannadh Kanumuri, president and CEO, ACI Infotech said: “Our expansion emphasizes our commitment to organic growth. It is in line with our mission to build on our current capabilities and serve our customers good with hyper-localization of resources. We’ve been thinking about this for a long time and now with things in line, we’re aggressively taking action. “
Meanwhile, the enterprise will also add 25 global delivery centers along with 7 innovation centers across India. It is expanding its R&D footprint with centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The R&D unit will primarily focus on client innovation, product engineering, and development of new solution accelerators. It also operates a Global Security Operations Center (SOC) in Hyderabad. SOC will play a critical role in deepening the company into the global cyber security solution market.
ACI will also enter Tier 2 cities, with 8 training centers planned in small towns in India. The company’s core capabilities include Enterprise Applications, AI and Advanced Analytics, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Intelligent Automation to name a few. The company operates in a range of industries covering Automotive, Digital Manufacturing, Banking, and Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Public sector, Retail, and Utilities.
