Enable Professional Services has been highlighted as one of Australian ServiceNow’s leading partners for its vendor software excellence.
According to research firm Information Services Group (ISG) ‘s Provider Lens ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners report, Enable is the only locally headquartered channel player that can be considered a leader in select elements of vendor offerings.
The report analyzed ServiceNow practices across 45 companies with offices in Australia in three categories: consulting services, implementation and integration services and managed services providers (MSPs).
The final list came with 23 partners with different skill levels.
Enable is listed as a leader in consulting services and ServiceNow implementation and integration. It is also considered a product challenger in the MSP category.
Additionally, AC3 and Kinetic IT were also highlighted as rising stars in the integration and implementation services and consulting services categories, respectively.
In terms of market leaders in all three categories, these awards went to multinationals Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte and Infosys.
Australia’s ServiceNow talent highlight comes as ISG flags the increasing local skillset surrounding vendor offerings.
“The Australian ServiceNow market has grown significantly,” said Scott Bertsch, partner and regional head for ISG Asia Pacific. “Australia has a strong IT industry and business services and local and global providers have both grown to meet the demand for services around ServiceNow.”
ISG noted that the ServiceNow consulting service market is “particularly fierce” in Australia due to the claim that most businesses consider consulting to be important.
“Local subsidiaries of multinational corporations typically dominate business services and solutions in Australia, but in the ServiceNow market, few smaller domestic providers have succeeded,” the company said.
It added that ServiceNow and its partners are focused on business automation and technology projects, with providers helping clients keep up with the twice-a-year ServiceNow upgrade cycle.
ISG’s report on the highest-performing local ServiceNow partners comes weeks after it released a similar report last month on Microsoft’s channel players in Australia, highlighting Telstra, Barhead Solutions, Empired and Velrada as leaders in various Microsoft -related skills.
