Unicred Brasil, a federation of financial cooperatives, uses ServiceNow’s Now Platform solution to integrate internal systems in 15 states into one platform and create a new demand portal.
The project was developed and implemented by ServiceNow and its partner Organize Cloud Labs, which was acquired by Accenture in August.
Due to the pandemic, the implantation process took two months and was carried out entirely in remote places.
During this period, the company reactivated the service catalog and created a new demand portal, which was created using the user experience (UX) method and focused on the needs informed by the cooperative.
The portal has integrated centers in the states of Santa Catarina and Paraná and its six affiliated cooperatives, serving more than 600 employees, in addition to integrating centers in Rio de Janeiro and Mato Grosso.
Still in September, the platform is expected to be installed in the Rio Grande do Sul plant, and the platform should arrive at the multi-regional plant by the end of October.
According to the cooperative, the main feature of the new portal is that internal demand has reached an unprecedented level of uniformity.
The portal should produce tangible results, such as greater agility and reduced time spent on resolving requirements, with a positive impact on employee productivity and quality-because it eliminates conflicting steps, bureaucracies and systems.
It will be used to solve internal and external requirements, such as requests for convenient materials, requests for parameterization in the system, and questions about products and services.
All processes will be stored on the ServiceNow cloud service. Therefore, the portal can also be accessed from any device anywhere (including home office).
“In order to better manage the federal, central and cooperatives, the tool can better track requirements and enable the team to take action to find more flexible solutions,” said Felipe Couto Reiser, a process expert at Unicred.
Since the agency contracted its first IT Service Management (ITSM) deployment through Organize in 2016, ServiceNow has been providing Unicred with its solutions.
In 2018, the integrator implemented a shared service center (CSC) for Central Unicred. Due to the success of this project, it was decided to expand the scope of ServiceNow.
Marcel Komatu, Commercial Director of Organize Cloud Labs emphasized: “There is no doubt that the digitization of the services Unicred provides to its cooperatives has been provided on ServiceNow, which will provide greater agility, transparency and service experience.”
Organize was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Sao Paulo. It is one of ServiceNow’s largest partners in Brazil. It has implemented 50 implementations for customers such as Grupo Votorantim, Saint-Gobain and TV Globo.
In turn, ServiceNow started operations in 2004 and has new operations in Brazil, which only became effective in 2013. It is growing at a rate of 30% per year, and by the end of 2019, the revenue was US$3.46 billion.
An important indicator that Servicenow usually emphasizes is business The closing price exceeded $1 million, indicating that the company’s business has penetrated. They were 892 in 2019, an increase of 32%.
