ServiceNow technology will be used in the online degree apprenticeship program offered by Northeastern University’s UK campus (located in NCH in the Northeast).

“The integration of ServiceNow skills into our curriculum demonstrates our commitment to designing innovative pathways for apprentice students to continuously improve their skills and achieve their academic and professional goals,” said Vice President and Senior of Digital Learning and Mobile Strategy Deputy Prime Minister Deanna Raineri said Northeastern University.

Starting in October this year, students will take up roles in organizations that require ServiceNow skills, and will spend 80% of their time to gain valuable on-the-job experience, and 20% of dedicated study time to earn a degree. The program begins to provide support for students’ apprentices by accelerating the scope of study so that they can quickly prepare for client projects within the first three months.

After completing the three-year comprehensive degree-Digital and Technology Solutions professional course, apprentice students will obtain the academic qualification of the 6th BSc (Hons) degree. They will also have the opportunity to obtain on-demand ServiceNow certification, including certified system administrators, certified implementation experts in IT service management, and other micro-certification certificates.

As part of this program, apprentices can specialize as IT consultants, data analysts or business analysts. The degree adopts a modular design, so it is flexible enough to meet the needs of new employees and the skills training needs of existing employees.
