Bulgarian digital consultancy Do IT Wise agrees to sell to French Inetum

SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 14 (SeeNews) – French agile IT services company Inetum has agreed to take Bulgarian digital consultancy Do IT Wise in a step to expand its workflow automation capabilities and create a leading business enterprise service management and digitalization, the two companies said on Tuesday.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the email statement.

Founded in 2010, Sofia-based Do IT Wise is recognized as a leading partner of US-listed software company ServiceNow, which has developed an eponymous cloud-based platform that allows companies to improve operational efficiency by streamlining and automating routine work routines. The client portfolio of the Bulgarian company covers the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), the Benelux region, the UK and the Nordics.

“Do IT Wise has become ServiceNow’s strongest independent partner based in East Europe, leading transformational projects for its clients at the top of the ServiceNow platform. By joining Inetum we see an amazing opportunity to expand our client base and offerings to the group’s clients, and to double our growth in less than three years, ”said Do IT Wise CEO Idan Harel.

The transaction strengthens Inetum’s long -standing partnership with ServiceNow by expanding its reach to all 26 countries where the French group operates and further accelerating the development of its delivery platform by adding a new location in Bulgaria , according to Inetum chairman and CEO Vincent Rouaix.

Inetum generated revenue of 2.2 billion euros ($ 2.3 billion) in 2021, with approximately 27,000 employees.
