Description

We are looking for talented individuals in the cloud data platform space, to support a new initiative based on MO360 Azure.

The Job Requirements

• Minimum NQF 7 – BSC/BCom/BTech in Information Technology or B. Eng. (Industrial Engineering) or related equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years IT/Labor experience, or
• At least 6 months participation in our MBSA Graduate Development Program.
• General knowledge of Azure

• General Coordination
• Prioritizing tickets and tasks
• Scrum management and general requirements management
• Responsible for all topics related to ServiceNow within the scope of the MO360 data platform
• PBI and Qlik User Management
• Requirement Gathering, Evaluation and Counseling
• Strong Project Management skills
• Observing technology trends and integrating them into upcoming solutions
• Responsible for documentation
• Responsible for setting up and managing the first, second and third levels of support
• Strong Leadership Behavior with good People Management skills and Problem Solving Skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills to manage relationships with different partners and stakeholders
• Must have good ability to effectively do multiple tasks on several projects at once
• Willingness to travel nationwide and internationally
• Leadership practices according to LEAD

Outputs

• Directly contact various automotive manufacturing plants around the world to provide product and service support
• Manage and coordinate system upgrades/bug fixes and product testing support
• Be sure to interpret the business strategy and identify innovative solutions that support strategy implementation
• Design and model solutions for innovation and customer experience
• Conduct innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs into their work
• Manage and evaluate the innovation pipeline that facilitates strategic decision making and Go-to-Market processes
• Design, research, develop, evaluate and suggest new concepts as well as strategies
• Lead and direct various cross-functional programs and projects of various sizes and types simultaneously managing and meeting customer expectations and ensuring delivery to meet those expectations
• Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in various areas on project allocation and resource planning
• Be sure to use decision making and independent judgment while aligning with customers and management
• Promote innovations to support business requirements through activities that test, initiate and implement innovative concepts
• Manage ideas from the design stage to implementation
• Launch and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that use multiplatform technologies
• Start, build and maintain a range of working relationships, within IT and from business
• Performing all outputs in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and SHEQ requirements and to perform SHEQ’s assigned tasks and duties and inform the superior about deviations
