We are responsible for Ensono Envision, a hybrid IT service management platform. Strategy development and life cycle maintenance. Ensono Envision consolidates our position as the industry’s leading service to our customers 24 hours a day. You will focus on providing features in the ServiceNow platform to improve the work experience of employees. Report to the senior manager of the platform engineer and provide a dotted line to our senior ServiceNow product owner. You will become an integral part of the Scrum team working with developers, business analysts and administrators. You will be able to work with technical and non-technical users distributed in India, the United States and Europe to understand the problems faced by the business and transform the needs and requirements into implementable solutions within an agile framework. You also need to work with other platform teams to determine features that can be migrated from the old system as we continue our tool integration plan.

main responsibility

• Manage product roadmaps and have a backlog of orders on the ServiceNow platform
• Review and accept the work done by the development team
• Sort out user, technical and migration needs and filter them into a single product to-do list
• Promote backlog improvement meetings
• Full knowledge and understanding of products and processes
• Ensure that the solution meets current customer needs
• The end-user’s daily representative in the Scrum team to clarify questions about the backlog
• Track metrics to measure the business results obtained from implemented solutions
• Work with other platform development teams and support teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features to production.

You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the role of the product owner, as it applies to both software development and non-software projects. You will also have a deep understanding of all agile rituals and be able to facilitate these activities when necessary.

• Having experience in hosting service providers or developing technical services will be an advantage.
• Have or have experience with the following knowledge Automated testing method.
