Today, the stock price of ServiceNow Inc (NYSE:NOW) has been raised by Stifel analyst Tom Roderick’s target price. Roderick raised ServiceNow’s price target from $500 to $550. Roderick maintains a “buy” rating before the company becomes profitable. ServiceNow will report its quarterly earnings on October 28.
Roderick pointed out in the report that ServiceNow is the beneficiary of the ongoing “digital transformation season.” Roderick believes that last quarter’s guidance was conservative.
