Ernst & Young Global Limited has invited applications for the post of TPRM/IT Audit Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of interactions/projects to TPRM
• Manage the design and implementation of operational models, identifying, evaluating, and providing solutions to evaluate complex business and technology risks
• Build connect with client stakeholders, understand their business challenges/pain areas, and work with EY leadership to suggest innovative solutions
• Lead process walkthrough discussions to document end-to-end business processes and performance requirements
• Lead the selection and adjustment of techniques, methods, and tools to support the scope of the project
• Perform third party assessments and guide the client to minimize the identified risk
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, EY products, and service lines
• Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients to achieve exceptional client service
• Manage interactions by organizing staffing, financial monitoring, project management, and tracking issues
• Build a dedicated and specialized team to deliver multiple TPRM projects

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree and approximately 5-8 years of work experience in Third Party Risk Management
• CA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP or other relevant certification
• 2-5 years consulting experience or professional management services company a team of consultants
• Experience in drafting winning proposals and activities prior to the sale
• Conducted external/internal audit for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of risk management, risks, and control concepts
• Knowledge of ERM principles, GRC concepts, information security and data privacy, leading security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), certification reports (SOC 1, SOC 2, etc.) and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO, OCEG, etc.)
• Knowledge of third-party risk management, along with experience in auditing and project management
• Experience in planning, conducting, and reporting third-party risk assessments
• Experience in current state analysis/diagnostics, design and development, enhancement, and implementation of third-party risk management programs including management and supervision, third-party inventory, risk strategy and models, policies, and TPRM standards, processes and technologies, automation, and reporting
• Knowledge and experience associated with a diverse range of risks associated with third parties such as geopolitical risk, reputational risk, financial risk, regulatory and compliance risk, digital risk, cyber and privacy risk, operational risk , strategic risk, and business continuity and stability risk
• An understanding of and/or experience in implementing various TPRM and/or GRC tools and technologies (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, ProcessUnity, etc.)
• Knowledge of any of the following industries/sectors: finance, oil and gas, healthcare, life sciences, media and entertainment, technology and telecom, consumer products and retail, and power and utilities, including related required by regulation
• Experience managing a team and various projects or processes until completion
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills; good writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel is estimated at 40-60%
• Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to speak and work with Business Units, Top Management
