Unicred, one of the most important cooperative financial institutions in the United States, announced a partnership with ServiceNow to create a new internal demand portal through the acquisition of NowPlatform®. The main goal of NowPlatform® is to unify the current internal systems in a dedicated platform. It operates in 15 states/regions through four exchanges serving most of the country. Unicred employees will use the portal to resolve internal and external needs, thereby eliminating conflicting stages, bureaucracies and systems.
Developed and implemented by ServiceNow in cooperation with its partner Organize, within two months, Unicred’s new demand portal will feature an unprecedented level of uniformity of internal demand, which is necessary for cooperative alliances, just like this situation From Unicred. Due to the isolation caused by the pandemic, the implementation was carried out entirely remotely, and the process reflected the simplicity and agility of the solution applicable to Unicred. The goal is to bring the new portal to all cooperation centers in the country, which will produce tangible results such as greater agility and reduced time to resolve requirements, which has a positive impact on employee productivity and quality. Another positive aspect is that all processes will have greater transparency, which will be stored through the ServiceNow cloud service. The portal can also be accessed from any device anywhere, so flexible mobility is equally important when a home office is needed today.

Unicred and ServiceNow have been partners since 2016, when the company hired its first ITSM implementation through Organize. In 2018, CSC was implemented for Central Unicred through Organize. Due to the success of this project, it was decided in 2020 to expand the use of ServiceNow by establishing a CSC in the Santa Catarina State Cooperative, which was completed in May of this year.
