The University has already invested in embedding ServiceNow within our IT and Business processes, we want to continue to reap these benefits and improve the user experience for both staff and students. Our goal is to offer an efficient online interface to our professional services, reducing the need for manual intervention and processes.
About the Paper
You will provide ServiceNow support, guidance and expertise for our ServiceNow interactions, including forms and workflows, across the Business. As part of the Business Applications Support team, you will work with experienced application specialists and software engineers to help our professional services staff make the most of our systems and services. You will work with staff to develop our services to better suit their needs.
What will you do
- Use your knowledge of our ServiceNow capabilities to answer questions and solve problems for professional service staff. Don’t worry, we will train you.
- Work with our ServiceNow developers to resolve issues, understand our implementation, and contribute to new functionality.
- Engage with the University community to shape the services we provide to meet their needs.
- Write effective support guides to give staff and students the confidence to resolve their own issues.
- Work with external suppliers, and other teams within the department, to resolve issues and improve services.
