Enterprise software company Celonis is now valued at $13 billion, thanks to a new $1 billion funding round it announced in August, and is currently raising.
The tech firm – headquartered in Munich and New York – was founded in 2011 by Alexander Rinke, Bastian Nominacher, and Martin Klenk to help businesses improve their processes in areas such as finance and supply chain.
Celonis pioneered ‘process mining’ to analyze data for business deliveries, orders, and production, and make these processes cheaper and faster. Some of its high-profile customers include Uber, Dell, Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, and ServiceNow. Similar companies include UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Celonis is currently hiring for roles across engineering, design, marketing, and HR, based in cities in the US, Europe, and Asia, as well as remotely.
Insider reviewed Celonis’ foreign-labor-hire disclosures in the US between 2019 to 2022, which indicate a huge six-figure base salary for top talent. This disclosure data does not include additional awards or stock bonuses and only applies to foreign talent hired to work in the US, but is still a useful indication of what the newly minted decacorn is willing to pay for in duties.
Our analysis showed that a director, customer innovations earned $230,000 while a senior ecosystem technology consultant earned $130,000.
