Who we are and what are we looking for
The IT customer experience team is building a world-class after-sales customer support experience for our internal stakeholders and external customers. Customers can take advantage of our wide range of self-service solutions, such as: knowledge, community, mobile, portal, virtual agent, document and service automation. We are looking for product owners to manage our Now Support virtual agent (trademark is Ask Kodi) to achieve the goal of “VA First”, or to make our chatbot the first point of contact when customers need help. In order to achieve this goal, our virtual agents need to be able to intelligently solve almost any problem, so our customers have an excellent experience.
Without the help of the latest artificial intelligence/machine learning innovations, our virtual agent cannot scale to solve almost any problem. It is possible to revolutionize this channel by eliminating the need to write code for every possibility. This role also serves as an evangelist for the use and adoption of AI throughout the IT customer experience product portfolio, assisting in brainstorming and executing strategies on the promise of best use of AI in various use cases.

Ideal candidate
ServiceNow is looking for passionate, technical and energetic leaders with the following attributes and activities:
- More than 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management and product strategy
- High energy, self-starting ability, ability to learn new technology and ability to promote change
- Easily establish good working relationships with customers, colleagues and executives
- Constantly drafting and improving compelling strategic ideas and roadmaps (always questioning the status quo); ability to build excitement and consensus
- Adapt to the changing and rapidly changing environment
- Experience working with the development team in an agile environment in a broad geographic location
- Machine learning algorithms and technical knowledge of chatbots
- Strong written and oral communication/expressive skills
- Possess ServiceNow platform and technical knowledge;
