ServiceNow is looking for a motivation-centric and customer-centric senior field marketing manager who has extensive experience in executing industry marketing and customer-based marketing. This person will be a key contributor and will work with multiple teams (corporate marketing, product marketing, partners, agents, logistics providers, etc.) to conduct cross-functional cooperation to formulate our listing strategy and execute activities to create and accelerate Sales channels.

The senior field marketing manager will work closely with the regional sales director to align the marketing strategy with the sales target and propose a plan that includes targeted activities (digital marketing events, industry trade shows, administrative round tables, hands-on seminars, etc.) ) The audience has experienced multiple contacts throughout the buyer’s journey. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of adaptability, a deep understanding of sales, make data-based decisions, and focus on the industry needs of financial services to further customize our marketing plan.

What will you do in this role:

  • Research, recommend and build content that can resonate with the industry, innovate traditional marketing strategies, and take risks to provide purposeful marketing activities to a set of named accounts
  • Leading the region’s marketing activities by being the single source of knowledge for updates and announcements on field marketing, partners, analysts, executive programs, social media, our ServiceNow annual user conference, etc.
  • Cross-functional cooperation with sales, vertical and marketing marketing, ABM, digital teams and external agents
  • Meet with ServiceNow customers to develop joint marketing strategies to promote platform adoption and advocacy
  • Create ad campaigns with our internal sales team to identify and qualify new roles and ensure meetings
  • Use event dashboards and on-site tangible/intangible feedback to continuously monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities
  • Own and manage quarterly budgets and maintain good operational hygiene
  • Provide on-site incident support as appropriate in target activities

qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and more than 12 years of high-tech marketing and/or sales experience
  • More than 2 years in field marketing or ABM position in the vertical marketing team
  • A reliable record in planning and executing integrated marketing activities to well-known customers can ensure the successful implementation of the scaled ecosystem
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the delivery deadline is very fixed
  • A normative communicator who is accustomed to delivering information to mature sales organizations and customer groups
  • A keen understanding of financial services business models and buyer roles
  • Data-driven, experienced metrics, and report success to different audiences
  • Creative problem-solving ability, flexible execution and high attention to details
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks to contractors or agents when appropriate
  • Careful mindset and respect for company spending process and reporting
  • Experience in using Marketo, Tableau, MS Dynamics and Adobe Suite is preferred
