The series increases the coverage of the retail, life sciences, utilities/energy and ServiceNow ecosystems, as well as reports on mainframe, procurement, martech and other provider services
Stamford, Connecticut, November 10, 2020 (Global News)-Information Services Group (ISG) (NASDAQ: III), the world’s leading technology research and consulting company, will release 33 major providers in 2021 Evaluation research, including new subject areas of influential ISG provider lenses™ Research series.
The ISG provider lens series includes 10 new quadrant reports for 2021, including evaluations of providers that provide procurement services and platforms, marketing technologies, mainframe solutions and services, and banking and contact center platforms. ISG will also begin research to serve providers in the retail, life sciences and utilities/energy sectors, as well as partner companies in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The 33 studies conducted by ISG Provider Lens in 2021 cover 26 technology and solution-related markets, focusing on trending topics such as digital workplaces, cyber security, intelligent automation, and public clouds. In addition to the three new industry-specific reports that ISG plans to release in 2021, the company will continue to cover the rapidly changing healthcare industry solutions and services, as well as banking, manufacturing, and insurance launched last year. Each ISG provider lens study will include specific coverage for a specific geographic area market.
Jan Erik Aase, head and global head of Lens Research, an ISG provider, said: “We are strengthening our plan to cover more technologies and industries, including those that are driven by innovation in 2020.” “We will introduce several new ones. Theme and add new features to make each report more insightful.”
When new research in the life sciences and retail industries emerged, both departments were looking for solutions and services to deal with the devastation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many life science companies are under pressure to rapidly produce tests, vaccines, and treatments, and need tools to improve their supply chains and cooperation with partners. Retail companies are seeking new features to thrive in the challenging and ever-changing consumer market.
The 2021 ISG provider lens research will have improved proprietary content unique to ISG. Each quadrant report will include information about corporate buying behavior and market trends, as well as price benchmark data in the report’s executive summary. ISG will also include the results of its “ISG Voice of the Customer” customer satisfaction study on the Provider Evaluation and Leaders page, which is based on the ISG Star of Excellence™ program.
The ISG Provider Lens Quadrant Research Series is the only evaluation of this type of service provider, which combines experience, data-driven research and market analysis, and the actual experience and observations of the ISG global consulting team. Companies will find a lot of detailed data and market analysis to help guide them in choosing the right procurement partner, and ISG consultants will use these reports to verify their market knowledge and make recommendations to ISG’s corporate clients.
The study covers providers that provide services globally, Europe and Latin America, as well as the United States, Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, Northern Europe and Brazil.
In addition to the quadrant report, ISG will continue to publish the ISG provider lens prototype report, which provides the first evaluation of the provider from the perspective of a specific buyer type. A total of 11 such reports are planned to be published by 2021.
