Capgemini Announces Proposal to Acquire Australian Digital Services Consulting Provider RXP Services
This acquisition will mark a major change in Capgemini’s footprint in Australia
Paris, November 10, 2020 – Capgemini It was announced today that it has signed a plan implementation deed (Scheme Implementation Deed) with RXP Services (ASX: RXP) to acquire RXP Services in accordance with the procedures (Scheme) approved by Australian statutory shareholders. The acquisition will have more than 550 professionals in four regions of Australia, which will enhance Capgemini’s capabilities in the country’s digital, data and cloud fields. This development supports Capgemini’s strong growth ambitions in the Asia-Pacific region.
