ServiceNow’s goal is to commercially launch its entire product portfolio on Azure in January 2021. France will become one of the first countries to serve.
ServiceNow on Azure is about to launch in France. The American publisher’s goal is to go public in January next year. The quotation will include its entire portfolio. It will be contractualized and promised.
The commercial launch will take place simultaneously in Singapore. The United States and Australia will follow in 2021.
Initially, these were the last two countries. In any case, both Microsoft and ServiceNow have communicated in this direction in the summer of 2019.
Their subsequent announcement was made in the fall of 2018. This is about making the ServiceNow platform available on Azure government instances-reserved for US federal services.
Look at the arrival of France from the perspective of a “highly regulated sector.” For customers working there, there is a guarantee of data localization. However, any company can declare to access ServiceNow on Azure.
There is no official question to launch similar offers on AWS and Google Cloud. However, the partnership with the latter was announced last year. It led to the integration of ServiceNow’s ITOM bricks and the contribution of dynamic translation in ITSM components.
