  4. Engage IT in different aspects of the organization: Few CIOs can engage IT in different aspects of the business. Only 6% agreed that their organization can form teams with members from different fields to promote digital transformation projects.
  5. Track the results and adjust the strategy-In a world where digital-related work is introduced to the company, there is still much room for improvement.Only 6% of CIOs believe they are truly effective in measuring progress and presenting the results to management
