Wipro and ServiceNow Studio aim at workflow automation and safe operation

Wipro Limited and ServiceNow have teamed up to launch @now Studio, a facility in Texas designed to help customers with digital transformation, workflow automation, global risk mitigation, compliance and security operations automation.

@now Studio is located in the Wipro Technology Center in Plano, Texas, which is also WiPro’s US cyber security center. @now Studio will focus on cultivating capabilities, presenting solutions, and accelerating the co-sale and co-creation of ServiceNow solutions. The studio will also leverage local start-ups and the Texas higher education ecosystem-such as the University of Texas at Dallas, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of North Texas and the University of Houston.

This is Wipro’s first @now Studio. The global IT consulting company plans to open more studios in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa-but the exact location and release date have not yet been announced.

At the same time, ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott (Bill McDermott) has been promoting business development beyond IT Service Management (ITSM) to provide more workflow automation opportunities in areas such as HR, finance, and SecOps.

The recent results are impressive: the company’s revenue for the second quarter of 2021 was $1.4 billion-an increase of 32% over the same period last year

The growth strategy also involves the development of ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem. To this end, ServiceNow hired Deloitte Consulting veteran Erica Volini in August 2021 as the senior vice president of global alliance and channel ecosystem (ACE) listing (GTM) operations.
