ServiceNow, a provider of the cloud-based Now platform for internal service management, has launched a new version of Rome. The two tools of Microsoft Teams are new. Including the employee center, which is a command center for mixed labor. Employees can find personalized information, tasks, help and services here.
The second tool of MS Teams is employee journey management. It guides employees through processes such as integration and exclusion. It also allows department and human resource managers to customize their resources, plans, and requirements using no-code tools.
New tools in the cloud platform
Automation Discovery and Mobile App Builder Web applications are also new features of the cloud computing platform. With automation discovery, users can identify 10 automation options for their workflow from 180 topics. On the other hand, App Builder is aimed at developers who want to easily build and configure mobile applications for iOS and Android.
