ServiceNow, the provider of Now, a cloud-based platform for internal service management, is launching a new version of Rome. Microsoft Teams has two new tools. This includes the employee center, which is a command center for a mixed workforce. Employees can find personalized information, tasks, help and services there.
The second tool of MS Teams is employee journey management. It guides employees through the process of onboarding and leaving. It also enables HR departments and managers to use code-free tools to personalize their resources, plans, and requirements.
New tools in the cloud platform
Automation Discovery and Mobile App Builder Web applications are also new features of the cloud platform. Automated discovery enables users to identify 10 automation options for their workflow from 180 topics. On the other hand, App Builder is aimed at developers who want to easily create and configure mobile applications for iOS and Android.
