The ServiceNow Employee Center will be available as a collaboration application that can be directly incorporated into Teams. The collaboration application is a new type of Teams application that appears in chats, channels, and meetings. The employee center provides employees with a unified portal to find information, obtain help across departments (including IT, human resources, procurement, and law), and request the services they need. Through the Teams app, employees can access the portal directly from their workflow.
