Financial terms have not yet been announced. In related news, Thirdera announced the launch of a new business unit-Thirdera Digital (3D)-to help companies redefine their experience in ServiceNow.

APPOXIO has approximately 40 employees, all of whom will join Thirdera. Thirdera will retain APPOXIO’s Calgary office and plans to further expand its influence and capabilities in the region. APPOXIO founder Frank Schuster will become 3D’s senior vice president, reporting to CEO Jason Wojahn.
