Citrix and ServiceNow improve workplace automation and employee experience

Amsterdam, August 23, 2018 – Citrix today announced the launch of the Citrix IT Service Management Connector, designed to help organizations transition to a human-centered work experience. The Citrix IT Service Management connector is ServiceNow certified and can be obtained directly from the ServiceNow store.

Citrix and ServiceNow worked closely to implement this solution. The Citrix ITSM connector significantly reduces the time it takes for ServiceNow ITSM users to provide employees with desktops and applications.

ServiceNow certification is only granted to apps available in the store, indicating that the ITSM connector has successfully passed security, compatibility, performance, integration, and information sharing tests. The certification also ensures that best practices are applied in the design and implementation of the Citrix IT Service Management Connector for ServiceNow.

By automating common Citrix workflows, ServiceNow ITSM allows customers to onboard and leave new employees faster, deliver virtual desktops and applications faster, and automatically handle common help desk requests. This not only saves time, but also improves the efficiency of the IT department and employees. Integration with ServiceNow enables customers, service providers, and employees to perform common tasks more effectively, increase productivity, and enable IT to focus on more strategic projects.
