In addition, ServiceNow also intends to make a financial investment in Celonis.

ServiceNow and Celonis will jointly provide solutions to help their customers identify and prioritize processes that can be automated, and then build digital workflows to optimize them for smoother operations. Together, ServiceNow and Celonis will help customers better understand how work is organized in the enterprise. They will use this information to come up with a new organizational flow chart, with the purpose of accelerating the company’s digital innovation and making it more efficient.

By integrating data execution, automation, machine learning, process mining, robotic process automation (RPA), and low-code application development into their products, ServiceNow and Celonis will provide their customers with the real-time information they need to quickly and continuously Improve their workflow.

The joint solution is expected to be launched in the first half of 2022. ServiceNow and Celonis have agreed in principle to form a strategic market alliance, including mutual investment, joint development commitments, and marketing and sales.
