Servicenow and Celonis enter into a strategic partnership

Cloud expert Servicenow and German software company Celonis have reached an agreement on a partnership. The cooperation agreement stipulates the merger of Servicenow’s low-code workflow platform and Celonis’ real-time execution management platform. To this end, the two companies hope to jointly develop solutions that will enable customers to identify processes and prioritize them. As the company further notified, Servicenow plans to participate in Celonis financially, but did not provide details.

“Servicenow and Celonis have joined forces to help the company eliminate decades of process bottlenecks, advance digitalization and improve the work environment for employees,” Servicenow CEO Bill McDermott commented on the new partnership. And further said: “The transformation of the work process is in full swing, and we have a unique opportunity to improve everyone’s work.” (rd)
