ServiceNow and Celonis join forces to provide integrated services

ServiceNow and Celonis will work closely together to provide a fully digital workflow and other products and services. Both companies have integrated their platforms for this purpose, but also invested in each other.

Strategic cooperation will mainly focus on improving the efficiency of business processes. To this end, the ServiceNow platform for creating and optimizing workflows is combined with Celonis’ execution management system. The latter platform can help companies use data to improve their business processes.

Integrated platform and tools

As part of the collaboration, ServiceNow’s low-code workflow platform and related real-time processes will be combined with Celonis’ process refinement tools, such as process mining and execution. In this way, both companies hope to help customers plan how to work with people and how the system works with other processes.

This should lead to a deeper understanding of which processes can be automated and the actual implementation of this workflow automation. In the end, the result should produce a better customer experience, revenue growth, cost savings and increased cash flow.

Co-investment

Surprisingly, in addition to integrating each other’s products and developing joint solutions, ServiceNow and Celonis will also invest in each other. The details of these investments have not been disclosed. Carry out other joint activities in the field of marketing and sales.

Celonis will continue to use ServiceNow’s platform for IT and employee management. ServiceNow uses Celonis’ process mining products for its internal financial operations and sales.

The two parties expect the first batch of joint products to be launched in the first half of 2022.
