KPMG has been named as ServiceNow’s first global reseller partner for its new environmental, social and governance (ESG) portfolio.
The global systems integrator, who also helped design the offering, will be responsible for customer adoption of the new suite of vendors, including reporting, project and risk management solutions.
According to Service Now, KPMG will work with customers to “provide visibility and transparency across ESG programs and initiatives” and help “strategy, manage, governance and report on these efforts on a single platform”.
By the end of the year, KPMG will focus on two technology solutions powered by Service Now: first to ensure supply chain visibility and supportive customer ESG commitments and compliance.
“Activating ESG in the enterprise will require a team effort and careful oversight. The technology comes a year after Service Now acquired Belgian configuration data management provider Swegel in an effort to develop its IT operations management capabilities.
