In the novel COVID pandemic, Accenture and ServiceNow have joined hands to form a new global business unit. The department called Accenture ServiceNow Business Group will be dedicated to digital transformation projects.

The global divisions of Accenture and ServiceNow will consist of 8,500 Accenture employees with ServiceNow skills. They will be dedicated to promoting the client’s workflow as well as marketing, sales, platform development and business development. The focus of the Accenture ServiceNow business group is especially to help customers create more self-service and remote work programs. Accenture is currently a global elite partner of ServiceNow. It has taken the lead in providing services for several important ServiceNow projects, all of which are well-known industry names, such as the pharmaceutical giant Boehringer Ingelheim and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Accenture CEO Julia Sweet (Julia Sweet) said that the company’s strong strategic alliance with ServiceNow will enable Accenture’s customers to quickly embrace change. She added that by migrating to the cloud, they can reimagine operations and retrain their employees to become more sustainable. Sweet concluded that working with ServiceNow will help their company automate complex processes and create a better experience across the industry. This will help the organization provide greater 360-degree value and benefit everyone, such as customers, communities, people, partners, and shareholders.
