Accenture Federal Services has won a ServiceNow contract with the US Army

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) has won a five-year contract to deploy the ServiceNow platform to the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (Inscom).

AFS will use the popular cloud computing platform to help Inscom automate its IT workflows and connect its employees, functions and systems. Inscom consists of more than 10,000 people and conducts intelligence, security, and information operations for US Army commanders, intelligence community partners, and national decision makers.

“As a former US Army senior intelligence officer, I understand that digital transformation plays a critical role in supporting the Army’s complex, multi-disciplinary operations around the world,” said Mary Legere, AFS managing director and lead strategy and engagement, national security portfolio. “Accenture Federal Services has deep expertise in ServiceNow integrations and we look forward to supporting INSCOM in this deployment.”
