After an incredible FY 21, ACI Infotech is on hiring and set to recruit 1400 individuals in India. This will bring the total headcount to close to ~ 3,500.
ACI Infotech is a new age global technology company delivering next -generation digital services, innovative technology solutions, and business consulting consulting. In bulk-hiring, it is looking at additional revenue of USD 100 million over the next 18 months.
Large-scale hiring will take place through multi-way processes that include direct advertisements, LinkedIn, employee referrals, aggregators, etc. Applications will also be accepted for offline submissions. Key areas for talent acquisition include the full spectrum of digital transformation, customer experience platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud in Azure, AWS and Google cloud, cyber security, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.
The drastic increase in workforce is expected to improve overall customer reach and will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of the current business model.

Meanwhile, the business will also have a national attack and add 25 global delivery centers along with 7 innovation centers across India. It is expanding its R&D footprint with centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The R&D unit is primarily focused on client innovation, product engineering, and development of new solution accelerators. It also operates a state -of -the -art Global Security Operations Center (SOC) in Hyderabad. SOC will play a critical role in deepening the company into the global cyber security solution market.
ACI will also enter Tier 2 cities, with 8 training centers planned in small towns in India. This will not only help nurture the skillset but will also allow ACI to utilize new talents and abilities.
