Anto Tossounian of ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) and Brian Fogg of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) information technology business said that their companies have collaborated to help government agencies provide digital services as a way to enable customer experience Part of the modernization effort.
“Through our partnership, we can provide advanced cloud-based hosting services for all aspects of government enterprises,” Tossounian and Fogg wrote.
They added: “We help organizations define, build, and automate workflows related to IT, application development, human resources, and contact centers. The goal is to achieve the level of digital service delivery that customers expect.”
They discussed how the partnership can leverage General Dynamics Information Technology’s experience in IT service management and ServiceNow’s ability to modernize government services to help organizations meet the needs of citizens.
Fogg and Tossounian cited GDIT’s role in enabling ServiceNow to achieve the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Advanced and the Department of Defense Impact Level 5 authorization for its products on the Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Azure cloud platform.
They talked about how GDIT used its automated deployment process, ServiceNow platform and UiPath robotic process automation system to help the state health department launch a contact tracing tool in less than a week.
Fogg and Tossounian also mentioned the benefits of being a ServiceNow customer of GDIT.
They wrote: “By using ServiceNow to help automate, modernize, and ultimately change the employee experience, GDIT has a deep understanding of the value of the platform and can apply this understanding to the challenges faced by the organization.”
Tossounian is the Vice President of Solution Consulting for ServiceNow. Fogg is the Federal Civilian Vice President of GDIT.
