AppFolio, Inc. (NASDAQ: APPF) (“AppFolio” or “Company”), a leading provider of cloud-based business software solutions, services and data analysis in the real estate market, today announced that Fay Sien Goon will become Chief Financial Officer of AppFolio, effective October 18, 2021.

Ms. Goon joined AppFolio from ServiceNow, a global enterprise software company that provides digital workflows, with a revenue run rate of more than US$5B in 2021. As the Chief Accounting Officer of ServiceNow, she has led the accounting and finance functions and has experienced many years of successful development. Before joining ServiceNow, she worked at Ernst & Young for 11 years, leading the external audit of large and pre-IPO technology companies.
