Flagstaff domestic violence shooting ends in murder-suicide

A domestic violence incident, which ended in a murder-suicide, left two people dead and a woman injured at a house in North late Wednesday night. Arizona,

flagstaff Police responded to reports of trespass at a Mobile Home Park home near Route 66 and Milton Road just before 10 p.m. on June 15.

When an officer reached the spot, he heard a woman shouting from inside a house.

The victim, Tiana Guglielmo, was shot several times.

The officer then found another victim, Ian Stutterheim, who had been shot several times. Stutterheim died of injuries.

A third victim, Kevin McMannis, was found dead at the scene from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Investigators say Guglielmo and McMannis were married but separated, and Guglielmo had recently moved into the home. Stutterheim was a friend and colleague of Guglielmo.

“Kevin arrives at Tiana’s house, where he uses a concrete block to force his way into the house,” Brockman said. “Kevin shoots Ian, Tiana, and then himself.”

Guglielmo is being treated for his injuries. His current status is unknown.
